Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had issues with old, smelly rooms and non-functioning amenities like the AC and fridge. However, the service stood out with excellent hospitality, though not all requests were met promptly. The location was convenient and filled with well-known properties. Dining options were limited, and the facilities were average.
Despite some dated rooms and occasional issues with cleanliness or amenities, my stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall thanks to the friendly staff and great location near the cantonment area of Varanasi.
The hotel rooms were excellent; big, quiet, and met my expectations with spacious and clean accommodations. However, there was a noticeable 'damp' smell in the room designated for physically challenged people. The service was extremely friendly and personalized, making us feel like part of the family. The location is near the cantonment area in Varanasi, though it may not be ideal for family tours. The dining experience was satisfactory but could be improved, especially in terms of timeliness. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient, offering a range of services.
My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel had a clean and comfortable floor with good maintenance, but the room offered to us was not clean. The service, especially from Mr Sachin, was very hospitable and attentive, recommending refreshing drinks in the bar. The location, though super noisy, was conveniently around a 20-minute drive from the ghats, meeting our needs well. Dining was a bit slow but worth the wait for piping hot and freshly made food off the menu.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although slightly dated in décor, offered a nice and comfortable stay. The service was mostly cooperative and courteous, although there were moments that made the stay less pleasant. The location was convenient but not ideal for family tours. The dining experience was average at best. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is located in a wonderful place, allowing me to explore the local area easily. The rooms, despite the Raddison brand, were spacious and very comfortable with constant hot water running. However, the service provided, particularly by Mr Avineesh, Anoop, Shasi, Nagendra, Restaurant Manager Sachin, Sujana, and Manjit, was somewhat lacking, making my stay a bit unpleasant. The dining experience was average and could use some improvements, especially at the East West coffee shop. Despite being a bit out of the main hub, the location is close to temples and the railway station, perfect for sightseeing in September.
